HOW OFTEN DOES THE MENU CHANGE?

A new menu is released every Sunday on our website for pre-order for instore & delivery. These flavours are also offered instore for walk-in.

DO YOU DO GIFT CARDS?

YES! Our digital gift cards are conveniently available online through our website. You or the recipient can download your gift card directly to your mobile device to use in store, or provide the code online at checkout!

I HAVE AN ALLERGY

All of our cookies contain gluten, dairy, eggs - and some flavours include peanuts & tree nuts. Although we maintain sanitation standards as per Public Health guidelines, cross contamination is always a risk, as the facility is not certified allergen free.  We encourage customers to consume as they see fit for their individual dietary/allergy needs. We offer allergy modifcations for pre order here

CAN I RE-HEAT MY COOKIES?

OF COURSE! We highly recommend it - preheat your oven to 325 & pop the cookies in for 5-7 minutes. OR cookies can be microwaved for 15-30 seconds. Any cookies topped with buttercream are best enjoyed cold or room temp, as heating them will turn the icing to liquid!

HOW DO I STORE MY COOKIES?

We recommend your cookies be kept in the fridge for up to 3 days. OR cookies can be placed in an airtight container or freezer bag & kept in the freeze for up to 2 months!

DO YOU DO EVENTS/SPECIAL OCCASION ORDERS?

Yes we do showers, weddings, birthdays & beyond. Send us an email inquiry here. Please be sure to include the items you are interested in, quantities & date of your event!
